Hassle-Free Guarantee

• All items are guaranteed for 14 days after purchase by Ossafreelance OsteoLab Supplies. At any time during this period, should your items not meet your requirements or are found to be faulty, you may return your item to us for a full refund or exchange.

• To return an item, please email us info@ossafreelance.co.uk or fax 07005 801 201. Please include your order reference number in all communications. You will then be contacted with instructions on how to return your item. Items should be returned in their original state and with their original packaging. Please ensure that items are sent via recorded delivery as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Once the item has been returned, your refund or exchange will be issued as requested.
 

Warranties

• In addition to your guarantee, all items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The time of warranty depends upon the individual manufacturer:

• 3B Scientific products are covered for up to 3 years
• GPM products are covered for up to 6 months
